This is an incident notification regarding IP Voice Services.

Date: Wednesday, 29th June 2016
Start time: 16:13 BST (UTC+0100)
End time: 16:41 BST (UTC+0100)

Services affected:

IP Voice Services.

Report:

Our monitoring systems detected partial loss of service to IP Voice
Services including access to the provisioning portals and the loss of
some SIP registrations.

Service was restored at 16:41 and engineering have confirmed service is stable.

Our supplier's engineers remotely powered down a faulty switch to take
it out of service to enable all traffic to route over the secondary
resilient switch in the network.

They will be returning the primary switch to service during an
emergency maintenance window overnight (22:00 - 02:00) in order to
restore network resilience.
