This is an incident notification regarding IP Voice Services.

End time: 16:41 BST (UTC+0100)

Services affected:

IP Voice Services.

Report:

Our monitoring systems detected partial loss of service to IP Voice
Services including access to the provisioning portals and the loss of
some SIP registrations.

Our suppliers identified a core network switch failure. As of 16:41,
voice services and registrations are returning to normal, however some
customers may experience intermittent call routing problems for a
short period.

Engineering are continuing to investigate with the aim of stabilising
all services as soon as possible.

Further details will be supplied as they become available.
