Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 21:00, Tuesday 23/07/2013 to 00:00, Wednesday 24/07/2013.

Purpose
The BT IPVS Engineering Team will be performing works to migrate a series of logical connections from one inter-switch connection to another to increase capacity and redundancy 2100 on 23/07/2013 and 0000 on 24/07/2013.

Impact
Due to the nature of the works access to the Call Logging functionality of the Service Delivery Platform may see a brief interruption in service of no more than 60 seconds while connections are migrated.

The BT IPVS Engineering Team will be closely monitoring all systems and services, as well as the above, to ensure any disruption is as brief as possible if experienced.
