Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 22:00, Thursday 18/07/2013 to 01:00, Friday 19/07/2013.

Purpose
The Engineering Team will be performing works to apply OS and application maintenance updates to the servers hosting Call Recording web portal between 2200 on 18/07/2013 an d 0100 on 19/07/2013.

Impact
During this window there may be short periods where the portal is unavailable while changes are made and services restarted to apply the updates or service migrated from one server to its peer. During these periods the automated archiving tool will also not be able to log in and access recordings or existing session may time out.

Please note that the recording functionality of the Call Recorder will not be affected by this work.
