Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: Tuesday 02/07/13 21:00 to Tuesday 02/07/13 22:00

Purpose

The Engineering Team will be performing works to apply a patch to the Call Recording web portal between 2100 on 02/07/2013 and 2200 on 02/07/2013; this is being done to address a bug found causing the Hourly Usage Report to be output incorrectly.

Impact

Expected impact is MEDIUM.

During this window there will be short periods where the portal is unavailable while changes are made and services restarted to apply the patch, also during these periods the automated archiving tool will not be able to log in and access recordings.

Please note that the recording functionality of the Call Recorder will not be affected by this work.

Our Engineering Team will be closely monitoring all systems and services, as well as the above, to ensure any disruption is as brief as possible if experienced.
