Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: Saturday 29/06/13 21:00 to Sunday 30/06/13 02:00

Purpose

The Engineering Team will be suspending access to the Service Delivery Platform Portals between 21:00 on 29/06/2013 and 02:00 on 30/06/2013. This access is being suspended while the Service Delivery Platform is upgraded to a new release delivering new and enhanced features.

Impact

Expected impact is HIGH.

Please refrain from scheduling any provisioning activity during the work period. Please be aware that and provisioning items scheduled during this period will be cancelled at the beginning of the window if they have not been removed prior.

End User features can be managed through the User's Toolbar and/or Feature Access Codes (FACs) as normal.
