We have received the following update from BT at :- 

Issue: 			Some recorded calls cannot be seen within the Call Recording Portal between 12:38-14:20.
			All calls were recorded as normal between 12:38-14:20.

Update Issued: 	07/06/2013 09:00
Update:		Although the issue was resolved at 14:20 06/06/2013 and recorded calls were present in the call recording portal after this time, calls recorded between 12:38-14:20 have not yet been restored. Engineering are continuing to work towards restoring these calls to the call recording portal. We will keep you updated as more information becomes available.
