[Comtec Announce] Maintenance window 25th/26th May 2013

Please be advised of the following maintenance window scheduled on our network:

Start date: Saturday, 25th May 2013
Start time: 00:00 BST (23:00 UTC Friday)

End date: Sunday, 26th May 2013
End time: 23:59:00 BST (22:59 UTC)

Purpose

Network architecture changes and upgrades across our UK network to
support an expanded product offering.

Impact

Due to the redundant nature of our network, we are expecting no
operational impact from this work to customers with resilient
connections to our network.

Single-homed 21CN, Cloud Ethernet, ADSL and FTTC customers will
experience an outage of up to two hours during this window, as will
transit customers single-homed to our network. A detailed impact
analysis will be published nearer the time, including more precise
windows for these outages.
