Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 22:00 to 23:59 on Sunday 13/01/2013

Purpose
The BT IPVS Operations team will be applying a maintenance patch to elements of the Core Voice Architecture. This is being actioned in order to address a bug identified in a minority of calls within a particular call scenario.

Impact
Due to the redundant nature of the platform there is no expected effect to Voice Services, as while an element in the cluster is being patched, its peer will sustain normal service.
