[Comtec Announce] 21CN Service Outage WDV-648-54861 09/01/13 - Update 4

Service has been restored at 14:42 with the assistance of Cisco TAC.
We have changed IOS software versions as per their recommendation and
this has resolved the problem. We are now monitoring this and
engineers remain on site.
