Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 21:00 to 23:00 on Thursday, 17/01/2013

Purpose
The BT IPVS Engineering Team will be carrying out works to install new networking hardware, separate to existing networks but integrating into existing chassis that will allow for the planned deployment of new storage hardware and infrastructure within the IPVS platform.

Impact
Whilst there is no expected effect on voice services, due to the proximity of the works to live hardware there is an extremely low risk to these works, the IPVS Engineering team and Comtec NOC engineers will be closely monitoring all systems to ensure any disruption is as brief as possible if experienced.
