[Comtec Announce] [IP Voice Services] - Planned Engineering Work: 25th June 2012

Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP
Voice Services platform:

Date: Monday, 25th June 2012
Start time: 22:00 BST (21:00 UTC)
End time: 03:00 BST (02:00 UTC), 26th June

Purpose

On the carrier side PSTN gateway, planned engineering works will be
performed to allow for additional bandwidth for future increases in
call volumes within and to/from the carrier side PSTN gateway.

Impact

Low. The new cables are being connected to empty ports in existing
devices and configuration will then be applied. During this procedure,
all existing calls are maintained, and new call attempts will be
processed normally. Test calls will be made once work is complete.
