[Comtec Announce] 21CN Service Outage - 15/05/12 20:12 - Update #2

Openreach have come back to us with a root cause analysis for the
brief outage on 15/05/2012 from 20:12 to 20:18 for some 21CN access
clients.

A line card failed in the the 7750 service router to which these
circuits are connected. The line card was replaced and service was
restored.

We therefore do not expect any further such outages.
