Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: Monday 16/04/2012 from 22:00 to Tuesday 17/04/2012 06:00

Purpose

On 16/04/2012 from 22:00 to 17/04/2012 06:00 there will be Planned Engineering Works on the carrier side PSTN Gateway to make a minor modification to setting for PSTN break-out traffic.

Impact

There will be no impact on live traffic flows and existing calls will be maintained.
There will be a 1-second increase in call set-up times for 1 second on each signalling gateway as the device is rebooted to implement the changes.
