Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: Tuesday 17/04/2012 from 22:00 to Wednesday 18/04/2012 06:00

Purpose

On 17/04/2012 from 22:00 to 18/04/2012 06:00 there will be Planned Engineering Works on the carrier side PSTN Gateway to make a minor modification to settings for PSTN break-out traffic alongside changes to the distribution of PSTN breakout calls on the SBC.

Impact

There will be no impact on live traffic flows and existing calls will be maintained.
There will be a 1-second increase in call set-up times for 1 second on each signalling gateway as the device is rebooted to implement the changes.
