Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 07:00 to 08:00 on Wednesday, 18/04/2012

Purpose

The engineering team will be undertaking works to change inbound routing for calls to your numbers from the PSTN to enable future growth of carrier connections and increased redundancy on 18/04/2012 07:00-08:00

Impact

Existing calls will be unaffected during the change. New calls will make use of the changed routing profile once the works are completed.
