Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: Wednesday, 22nd February
Start time: 21:00 BST 1st August
End time: 22:00 BST 1st August

Purpose
The engineering team will replacing a memory module in the call recording server in response to an intermittent issue on the call recorder encountered on the evening of 21/02/2012.  The work will take place on 22.02.2012 between 21:00 and 22:00.

Impact
For approximately 15 minutes during this window, calls will not be able to be recorded and live listen will be unavailable.  This work is only related to the call recorder.  There is no impact on any voice path element.
