Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 23:30 Wednesday, 22/02/2012 to 04:00 Thursday, 23/02/2012

Purpose
On 22/02/2012 from 23:30 to 23/02/2012 04:00 there will be EMERGENCY Planned Engineering Works on the carrier side PSTN Gateway to load a minor SBC software change to resolve an extremely rare discrepancy experienced during situations involving customer hardware failure.

Impact
This has been fully tested in the carrier side test environment and the risk to voice services is extremely LOW as all existing calls and new call attempts will be handled normally throughout the upgrade process.
