Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 23:30, Monday 27/02/2012 to 03:00, Tuesday 28/02/2012

Purpose
On 27/02/2012 from 23:30 to 28/02/2012 03:00 there will be Planned Engineering Works on the carrier side PSTN Gateway to modify existing routeing tables to include additional PSTN interworking gateways, providing additional scale and resilience.

Impact
There will be no impact on live traffic flows and existing calls will be maintained and new call attempts will be processed normally. There will be no effect on voice service due to the redundant nature of the network.
