Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 22:00 to 23:00, Tuesday 21/02/2012

Purpose
The engineering team will be undertaking a configuration change to increase messaging size limitations on a set of Extension Side SBCs on 21/02/2012 22:00-23:00.
This relates to a recently discovered issue with BLF functionality.

Impact
There will be no impact on live traffic flows and existing calls will be maintained and new call attempts will be processed normally. There will be no effect on voice service due to the redundant nature of the network.
