[Comtec Announce] [IP Voice Services] - Planned Endineering Works: Thursday, 19/01/12

Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 21:00 to 22:00 on Thursday, 19/01/12

Purpose
The Call Recorder will have a memory upgrade on 19/12/2012 21:00-22:00.
This will improve overall performance of the call recorder including the active call monitoring function.

Impact
During the work window on 19/01/2012 21:00-22:00 calls will not be recorded and the call recording portal will not be accessible for an expected period of 20 minutes.
