Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 21:00 to 23:59 on Wednesday, 18/01/12

Purpose
The link between Telehouse East and Telehouse West has increased capacity to ensure the stability and resilience of the platform.
The Engineering team will be creating and moving VLANS to the new GIGE LACP bundle between Telehouse East and Telehouse West.

Impact
As VLANs are moved to the new LACP bundle a brief interruption to service of less than 1 minute per service may be experienced during the work period. If service does not resume after this period, please restart your system and contact technical support. Comtec Engineers will be monitoring the situation.
