[Comtec Announce] [IP Voice Services] - Service affecting issue 01.09.11 - Update

The latest update we have had from 3rd line IPVS support confirms that Voice service is restored.

Call quality issues are residual, and will settle with time, but may also be related to the ISP route to reach the platform.

Engineering are monitoring this very closely and a full update of the service alert will be issued once approved by IPVS.

A service outage report from BT will be forwarded upon receipt.
