[Comtec Announce] [IP Voice Services] - Service affecting issue 01.09.11 - Update

We are aware that this issue is still occurring. BT IPVS advise that this is a major service affecting issue and they are working to resolve as soon as possible.

As yet we have not been advised of the root cause of the issue, but as soon as we have the service outage report we will update you.

Further updates will be sent as and when they are received.
