[Comtec Announce] 21CN: Openreach maintenance in September and October

Openreach will be performing software upgrades on all customer NTEs
between mid-September and late October. This will be performed
remotely and no client visit will be required.

Purpose

Software upgrades of 21CN network-terminating equipment.

Impact

Each upgrade will take approximately 1 minute and will be performed
between 00:00 and 06:00. During this time, your 21CN circuit will be
unavailable for approximately 1 minute.

Due to the low impact and large number of these upgrades, we will not
be notifying customers individually with their appointed date.
However, if you would like to be informed of your upgrade date, please
contact the NOC and we will let you know as soon as we can find out.
