Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: Wednesday 31st August
Start time: 21:00
End time: 22:00

Purpose
The Engineering Team will be moving an interlink service on our secondary sites on 31/08/2011 from 21:00 to 22:00.

Impact
The risk to Voice Services is LOW. However there is the possibility of a very small proportion of customers experiencing a brief interruption to service of less than one minute when the cable is moved.
