Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: Sunday, 24th July 2011
Start time: 20:30 BST
End time: 23:30 BST

Purpose
TeleCity 8/9: Installation of new switch.
Server port moves to new switch.
Traffic traversing Telecity will experience brief interruptions as inter switch links and server ports are moved.

Impact
The risk to voice services is LOW as due to the redundant nature of the network configuration any active calls or new call attempts will roll over to alternative equipment during this window.
