Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: Thursday, 28th July 2011
Start time: 04:00 BST
End time: 06:00 BST

Purpose
Work will be performed on the PSTN call routing database on 28/07/2011 04:00 to 28/07/2011 06:00.
This work will allow testing to commence for additional routing options for international calls.

Impact
There will be no impact on service during the change and only test calls will traverse the new route after the change.
