Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: Saturday, 23rd July
Start time: 20:30 BST
End time: 23:30 BST

Purpose
Switches in Telehouse West will undergo a software upgrade to bring IOS levels in line across the network.
A reboot will occur towards the end of the work period.

Impact
The risk to voice services is LOW as due to the redundant nature of the network configuration any active calls or new call attempts will roll over to alternative equipment during this window.
