Please be advised of the following maintenance window scheduled on the IP Voice platform.

Date: Friday, 24th June 2011
Start time: 00:01 BST
End time: 03:00 BST

Purpose
The carrier will be performing Emergency Work on the PSTN Gateway between 00:01-03:00 on 24/06/2011 to rectify a fault identified with a small number of calls that fail in particular call scenarios on a small group of numbers.  In conjunction with this Emergency Work a new SBC on the PSTN Gateway will be introduced to increase capacity for calls from the PSTN.

Impact
There will be no impact to service during the change as calls will route normally on existing equipment in service.  The new equipment has been thoroughly tested prior to deployment.
