Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: Wednesday, 6th July 2011
Start time: 23:30 BST - 6th July
End time: 06:00 BST - 7th July

Purpose
Work will be performed on the PSTN Gateway to make minor configuration changes to their handling of break-in calls on 06/07/2011 23:30 to 07/07/2011 06:00.  There will also be work to expand the network capacity and expand their capability for internal test calls and tracing.

Impact
There will be no impact on service during the change.
