[Comtec Announce] [IP Voice] - Maintenance Window: Friday, 17th June 2011

Please be advised of the following maintenance window scheduled on the IP Voice platform.

Date: Friday, 17th June 2011
Start time: 00:01 BST
End time: 00:30 BST

Purpose
The carrier side PSTN Gateway will be deploying an additional SBC to increase capacity for break-in calls from the PSTN network between 00.01-03.00am on 17/06/2011.  This will provide additional capacity and resilience for calls from the PSTN network.

Impact
There will be no impact to service during the change as calls will route normally on existing equipment in service.  The new equipment has been thoroughly tested prior to deployment.
