[Comtec Announce] IP Voice: Maintenance window 28th May 2011

Please be advised of the following maintenance window scheduled on the
IP Voice platform.

Date: Saturday, 28th May 2011
Start time: 22:00 BST (21:00 UTC)
End time: 23:59 BST (22:59 UTC)

Purpose

Increase performance and capacity on the IP Voice platform.

Impact

Hardware upgrades will be performed on the IP Voice platform. The time
of actual implementation will be approximately 22:00hrs and is
expected to last no longer than 10 minutes.

No impact to service is expected. In the highly unlikely event that
your device(s) becomes unable to communicate with the platform, we
recommend that you restart the device(s), which will force it to
refresh its communication with the network.
