[Comtec Announce] [IP Voice] - Maintenance Window: Monday, 6th June 2011

Please be advised of the following maintenance window scheduled on the IP Voice platform.

Date: Monday, 6th June 2011
Start time: 08:00 BST
End time: 17:00 BST

Purpose
A configuration change on the carrier's PSTN Gateway will allow session timer intervals to be renegotiated. This will allow a very small number of calls that failed to now succeed normally.

Impact
This configuration change has been fully tested in both test and live environments and there will be no affected on service.
