Service Alert: Friday 12th November 2010

Issue: Inbound calls from the PSTN through are intermittently experiencing one way audio on the inbound direction (from the PSTN).

Status: The affected carrier is aware of the issue and are actively investigating the cause and a possible resolution.

Next Steps: Our provider will continue to monitor the situation and are actively pursuing the carrier for updates as to the cause and expected resolution for this issue. We will update you as soon as more information becomes available.
