[Comtec Announce] Connectivity issue 2nd October 2007

We are currently experiencing problems with our NTL circuit flapping
up and down. This is having a knock-on effect of destablising our
network. Connectivity at this point is sporadic. We are working
closely with our suppliers to resolve this issue ASAP. We will keep
you informed.
