[Sargasso Announce] Outage 1 May 2007

Dear client,

I just wanted to drop you a brief note before the day is out to apologise
for this morning's connectivity issues and to confirm that as of 12:30 EDT
/ 17:30 BST we had full reachability from 100% of the Internet (although
many routes were restored earlier).

I will follow up shortly with a more detailed analysis along with the
steps we will be taking to prevent a recurrence both of the outage, and of
the communications problems that ensued.
