[Sargasso Announce] Outage 4/10/03

Today between approximately 11:20am and 12:30am EDT we suffered an outage
caused by a malfunctioning router at one of our upstream providers. This
router has since been upgraded to a newer firmware revision in which the
bug has been fixed and the situation is now stable.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this outage. We are currently
working on a solution to prevent individual providers from having an
operational impact on our network.
