Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 19:30 to 23:59 on Saturday, 19/10/2013.

Purpose

The Engineering Team will be suspending access to the Service Delivery Platform Portals between 19:30 and 23:59 on Saturday 19/10/2013. This access is being suspended while the Service Delivery Platform is upgraded to a new release delivering performance enhancements and bug fixes.

Please refrain from scheduling any provisioning activity during the work period. Please be aware that any provisioning items scheduled during this period will be cancelled at the beginning of the window if they have not been removed prior.

End User features can be managed using Feature Access Codes or the Toolbar whilst access to the Business Portal is suspended.
