Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 18:00 to 22:00 on Thursday, 26/09/2013.

Purpose
The IPVS Engineering Team will be performing works to update some configuration files used by Polycom IP Phones between 18:00 on 26/09/2013 and 22:00 on 26/09/2013.

All supporting phones will have their files changed to support and install firmware version 4.0.4.

To take advantage of this upgrade please reboot your Polycom device after this works window.

The IPVS Engineering Team will be closely monitoring all systems and services, as well as the above, to ensure any disruption is as brief as possible if experienced.
