[Comtec Announce] Maintenance window 13th January 2013

Please be advised of the following maintenance window scheduled on our network:

Date: Sunday, 13th January 2013
Start time: 00:01 UTC
End time: 05:00 UTC

Purpose

Software version changes as advised by Cisco TAC.

Impact

We will be changing the IOS version at each of our core London sites
as advised by Cisco TAC. This will affect all services terminating at
each site (DSL, FTTC, Ethernet) for up to fifteen minutes. Each site
will be upgraded separately and validated before moving to the next
site. Thus we expect no outage to customers who have resilient
connections to us.

The following sites will be affected in this order during the work:
Interxion (CLBIS02), Telecity (LNPOP02), Telehouse East (LNPOP01).

Customers hosted at Comtec House (LSREI01) will be unaffected.
