[Comtec Announce] 21CN Maintenance window 15th January 2013

Please be advised of the following maintenance window scheduled on the BT 21CN:

Date: Tuesday, 15th January 2013
Start time: 02:00 UTC
End time: 05:00 UTC

Purpose

BT will be upgrading the software in the 21CN router connected to our
Telecity (LNPOP02) hub.

Impact

21CN Cloud Ethernet customers with a single connection to Telecity
(LNPOP02) will experience an outage of up to 15 minutes during this
window.

Customers connected to our Interxion (CLBIS02) hub will be unaffected.

Please note that this window has been scheduled by BT and is outside
of our control.
