Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: Friday 23/11/12 20:00 to Saturday 24/11/12 00:00

Purpose

The Engineering Team will be carrying out works to upgrade the software version on parts of the Core Voice architecture between 20:00 on 23/11/2012 and 00:00 on 24/11/2012, there is no expected risk to Voice Services.
 
Impact

Expected impact is LOW.

They will be closely monitoring the potentially affected systems to ensure any disruption is as brief as possible if experienced.
