We have received the following update from BT

'At 07:45 the Engineering Team were alerted to issues with calls to and
from the PSTN failing to establish or establishing with no audio.

On-net calls were unaffected.

After investigating actions were taken at 08:15, the issue was resolved.

At this time Engineering are still investigating the root cause of this
issue and further information will be released in due course.'

Comtec are continuing to monitor the situation, if you are still having issues then please could you raise this with the NOC either on 0845 899 1423 or noc at comtec.com with examples including the following information 

The From Number, To Number, Time of call and the direction.
