[Comtec Announce] [IP Voice Services] Planned Engineering Works Wednesday 03/10/2012

Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 22:00 to 23:00 on Wednesday 03/10/2012

Purpose:
The IPVS Engineering Team will be carrying out final works to expand the load-balancer pool between 2200 on 03/10/2012 and 2300 on 03/10/2012, this relates to the following services however there is no expected affect on them:

Service Delivery Platform
Call Recorder
Mobile Office Login and Configuration Files
Mobile Toolbar
Panasonic IP Phone Configuration Files
Cisco CSB Configuration Files (SPA-1x2 ATA's)

Impact:
All services mentioned will be closely monitoring the potentially affected systems to ensure any disruption is as brief as possible if experienced.
