[Comtec Announce] [IP Voice Services] Emergency Engineering Work 26/09/2012

Please be advised of the following emergency engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: Wednesday 26/09/2012 from 21:30 to Thursday 27/09/2012 01:00

Purpose

The Engineering Team will be carrying out Emergency Works to migrate various  systems back to their primary positions.
 
Impact
 
Preparatory works will begin at 2100; however services will not be affected before 2200.
 
This is being carried out during this window to limit the affect to end-users.
 
During this window each of the below services will be unavailable for a period of up to 20 minutes.
 
Support Centre Access
Billing FTP Access
 
Whilst the Hosted and Mobile Call Recorder systems are also being worked on, there is no expected downtime for these services.
