Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 22:00 to 23:00 on Sunday, 16/09/2012

Purpose
The Engineering Team will be carrying out works to expand the load-balancer pool between 22:00 on 16/09/2012 and 23:00 on 16/09/2012, this relates to the following services however there is no expected affect on them:

Service Delivery Platform
Call Recorder
Mobile Office Login and Configuration Files
Mobile Toolbar
Panasonic IP Phone Configuration Files
Cisco CSB Configuration Files (SPA-1x 2 ATA's)

Impact
Expected impact is LOW.
The Engineering team will be closely monitoring the systems to ensure any disruption is as brief as possible if experienced.
