[Comtec Announce] [IP Voice Services] Planned Engineering Work 09/09/2012

Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 22:00 to 23:00 on Sunday, 09/09/2012

Purpose
The Engineering Team will be suspending access to the following services between 22:00 on 09/09/2012 and 23:00 on 09/09/2012.

Service Delivery Platform
Call Recorder
Mobile Office Login and Configuration Files
Mobile Toolbar
Panasonic IP Phone Configuration Files
Cisco CSB Configuration Files (SPA-1x2 ATA's)

This access is being suspended while the load-balancer pool is expanded.

Impact
Mobile Office users will experience periods of being unable to login and logout during this window, any users logged in prior to the window will be able to make and receive calls as normal.
Mobile Toolbar users will experience periods of being unable to use the application for any functionality during this window.
Whilst all other listed services will be unavailable for periods during this window they will continue to function normally so will see no affect other than this.
