Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 00:01 to 07:00 on Saturday, 25/08/2012

Purpose

On 25/08/2012 from 00:01 to 07:00 the maintainer of the dark fibre network in Telehouse West has scheduled Planned Engineering Works on one dark fibre link between Telecity 8/9 and Telehouse West to undertake remedial maintenance on the dark fibre.

Impact
The risk to voice service is Extremely LOW as the second dark fibre link will be used should the work cause a break in continuity.
There should be no impact on existing calls, and new call attempts will be processed normally.
