Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 21:00 to 23:59 on Wednesday, 22/08/2012

Purpose

On 22/08/2012 from 21:00 to 23:59 Planned Engineering Works are scheduled on the PSTN Media Gateway Controllers.

Impact
The risk to voice service is LOW.
There will be no impact on existing calls, and new call attempts will be processed normally. On a very small number of new call attempts the call setup time may be increased by around 5 seconds but the call will still succeed normally.
